RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the vintage and pre-loved nature of our pieces, returns are accepted for store credit only. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Once the return has been received and approved, store credit will be issued for the full purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Vintage and pre-loved pieces may naturally show signs of age, wear or minor imperfections. We endeavour to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. If you would like additional information, measurements or photographs before purchasing, please contact us at support@thegom.co.
