Shipping policy

PROCESSING & DISPATCH

THE GOM ships all orders once a week, every Saturday. Orders placed after Saturday’s dispatch will be shipped the following Saturday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

SHIPPING

THE GOM offers free tracked shipping on all eligible orders.

United Kingdom
Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

International
Orders to the United States, European Union, Canada, Australia and other major international destinations are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail International Tracked.

For destinations where standard International Tracked service is not available or is not considered sufficiently reliable, orders will be sent via International Express at a flat rate of £60.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched and can be used to follow the progress of your shipment through Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS

International Express: £60

This service is required for destinations outside our standard international shipping network.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked 48: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch.

International — Royal Mail International Tracked: approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch.

International Express: approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside THE GOM’s control.

TAXES & CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

THE GOM is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance or local import procedures.
